Health Data Review & Evaluation Project

This project focuses on delivering deep-dive analytics into HIV program performance across multiple counties. Sapashe conducted extensive data quality audits, evaluated facility-level treatment cascades, identified gaps in viral suppression, and assessed patient retention and adherence trends.

The team developed interactive data summaries, custom dashboards, and performance scorecards to support county decision-makers. The insights provided were instrumental in shaping quality improvement plans, optimizing ART regimens, and implementing targeted community-level interventions.

The project strengthened routine data review processes, improved clinical documentation standards, and helped county health departments allocate resources more effectively to where they were most needed.
